Taylor Swift flaunts her dazzling vintage-style engagement ring

The 35-year-old singer-songwriter appeared on 'The Graham Norton Show', wearing an exquisite black mini dress with a jeweled halter neck and her signature red lip, according to People magazine.

Global pop sensation Taylor Swift made her first TV appearance after her engagement to NFL player Travis Kelce, making waves with her beautiful engagement ring. The 35-year-old singer-songwriter appeared on 'The Graham Norton Show', wearing an exquisite black mini dress with a jeweled halter neck and her signature red lip, according to People magazine.

The episode, with Swift joined by Cillian Murphy, Greta Lee, Jodie Turner-Smith, Domhnall Gleeson, and Lewis Capaldi, airs Friday — on the same day Swift's highly anticipated 12th studio album, 'The Life of a Showgirl,' comes out.

As reported by People, Swift's retro-style engagement ring features a big old mine brilliant-cut diamond and a rectangle-cut stone, which Angelic Diamonds' Neil Dutta estimates to be in the 7- to 10-carat range. The ring is set with a bezel setting, where the band encircles the center diamond for added brilliance.

Both 35-year-olds, Kelce and Swift, revealed their engagement on August 26 via a shared Instagram post, which included affectionate photos of their floral-themed proposal. The post read: “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.”

On August 13, Swift surprised everyone by appearing on Kelce's 'New Heights' podcast, hosted by his brother Jason Kelce, where she offered tidbits of information regarding her new album.

Swift shared in the interview that 'The Life of a Showgirl' brings her back to work with longtime co-writers Max Martin and Shellback, the songwriting team behind her 1989 and reputation albums. The album takes on the retro glamour of Las Vegas showgirls and blends retro-classic glamour with deep storytelling.

The cover photograph, taken by award-winning snappers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, depicts Swift in a glistening silver-beaded vest, sporting cuffloads of bracelets, and half-submerged in blue-tinted water. The imagery is reminiscent of John Everett Millais' 1852 painting of Ophelia, the Shakespearean tragic heroine drowned for which the album artwork's look was inspired.

It's apt that one of the songs on the album is called 'The Fate of Ophelia', comparing artistic masterworks with Swift's narrative voice.
